After choosing Calahonda as a perfect place to own a holiday home I needed a good agent to help me and my partner find the perfect apartment.

Suncoaster Estates looked like a good choice as they are based in Calahonda and had a good track record.

A short phone call to Suncoaster got the ball rolling with a visit planned that year.

I met with Sharleen and immediately felt that she really knows her stuff and was genuinely interested in helping us. On that first trip Sharleen spent a lot of time taking us around the area to help us get to know what was on offer in the way of property and local amenities , the beaches , restaurants , shops etc Sharleen was brilliant and really gave us confidence that it would happen. We left for the UK with a perfect property in mind but unfortunately took too long to decide and missed it ! ( A lesson learned ! ) .

We came back a few times , never gave up on the dream or on Suncoaster, each time we got close but didn’t quite find the dream place we wanted.

In 2018 with real perseverance and energy Sharleen and her brilliant assistant Bianca found a beautiful apartment in a fantastic urbanisation that met all our requirements. The decision quickly made, the purchase went pretty smoothly with Suncoaster helping us through the process and going out of their way to answer detailed questions, Bianca excelled in her work in this area putting us at ease.

We wanted it mainly as a holiday home but also wanted to try to cover running costs by renting it out. Sharleen had told me that Suncoaster offer management and a rental service and it seemed to make sense to go ahead.

Elizabeth took time to explain the rental process showing excellent knowledge and professionalism and like all the staff has supported us since.

Some rentals were subsequently secured during the summer, enquiries are communicated by Stacey in advance and once I give the go ahead literally everything is handled by the Suncoaster team, Fantastic ! .

Julia on the property management side does a great job arranging regular checks, maintenance ( cleaning/laundry etc) with any problems reported and put right quickly including estimate costs etc (e.g. leak in Washing machine).

Its early days so far , but I have confidence that Suncoaster having done a great job finding my apartment will continue looking after it really well.

We are looking forward to 2019 for both good rentals and brilliant holidays !
